Homes for Sale in Cranford NJ this week

There are currently 19 homes for sale in Cranford NJ, as of Friday, October 21, 2022.  The homes for sale range in price from $275,000 for a two bedroom townhouse to $1,390,000 for a 6 bedroom colonial.  4 of these homes were new listings this week which include a 4 bedroom split level home listed for $929,000 in the College Estates Neighborhood.  So far this month, there have only been 12 new home listings in Cranford which is -41% to last year.
